Green Geeks Hosting may seem a little more costly than their rivals, but their technical support staff is work the extra cost. I have never had to have a session with a technical agent where they had to put me on pause as they asked their supervisors for assistance. In my experience, I have found that IT teams is smart capable and patient.

I'm really pleased with the pricing that Green Geeks has been offering. They were already very affordable, and their recent price changes means more savings.

The price is a bit high for how much trouble I had with the customer service. I's quite frustrating. You would think that if you were paying so much, then you should be receiving the best of the best service. Not always true, fortunately, when I did get a hold of someone knowledgeable, they were able to help me but it took 3 other contacts to get to that point and a lot of energy.

Green Geeks is very easy to use and reliable too. Our department has been using their services for awhile now, and we've had to train several new people over the past year. They have all been able to catch on super quickly, which makes everyone's jobs that much easier!

Green Geeks is extremely easy to use, and their customer service department is absolutely amazing. I have never been so baffled by receiving such excellent service even after I got a little angry of a minor problem that they were able to resolve almost instantly. I called and spoke to their supervisor immediately afterwards to apologize for my actions and to make sure she knew what a wonderful staff she has.
