As someone who runs a company I am always paying attention to the service I provide to my customers, and it pleases me greatly when I come across others who take great pride in customer service. This is certainly true of Host Clear who have been absolutely stunning from the word go and have presented me with a brilliant package that is easy to use and does the job beautifully. They treat you like an individual rather than as another number in the queue, and that is something I appreciate a great deal. I have no idea about the internet, but knew I needed a website for my business; I didn't even know what hosting was all about, or that it was essential! Taking advice from a friend, I signed up with Host Clear and while I still have no idea about the details I do know that I have experienced not only 100% reliability but that the staff I needed to talk to about some technical issues were absolutely top notch. This is a great company, one that really does care about its customers, and I have no hesitation in recommending its services.

Host Clear promises a fast and reliable hosting service that is well subscribed, at a reasonable price and with plenty of features, yet I'm never convinced by claims such as these until I actually try the goods. Choose to believe me or otherwise, but I can honestly say this is just about the best hosting company I have come across. I have experience in the field going back several years, and Host Clear compares very favourably in every way with all the hosts I have used before. Try it and you’ll see.

I came to Host Clear after a year with one of the big name hosting outfits and would advise anyone else to come straight here! A name is not all it is cracked up to be I have found, with downtime being a familiar part of my last package, and yet at Host Clear I have never had to suffer any time offline. The staff are great, the response time is excellent and advice is really easy to handle and the package itself is easy to use and well priced, plus there is plenty of space allocated each month so you will never need to step up a grade. A great service all round, and one I would happily recommend.

I would just like to say that Host Clear are my saviours! I had no idea what I was doing when it came to setting up a website but the customer service and technical staff at Host Clear have been brilliant! It's like a breath of fresh air, a company that actually cares what its customers think and knows what they want, and strives continually to give it to them. I have had absolute reliability, completely trouble free performance and on the one occasion I needed advice and help somebody was onto me in minutes, couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, really.
