Host monster is a great savings from the other hosts I have been with in the past. Everything is unlimited and the prices are really competitive. One of the advantages of host monster over other web hosts is that they offer free online stores. Other hosts might get you a discount for a shopping cart, but nothing comes close.

I'm a very new web designer and, looking to set up an account for my first client. I emailed GoDaddy customer service 2 weeks ago asking for help on how to choose a package, since I've never done this before, they never replied to me. I recently found myself panicking when I viewed my website online; it seemed that some of my content had disappeared! My rep, whose name I forgot to write down, was so incredibly helpful and friendly! Even though I was panicking, he was able to stay calm, which in turn eventually made me calm. By the end of our phone call, not only had he restored my website to it's former glory, but had also restored some of my sanity!
