Host Monster was highly recommended to me by a new employee when I mentioned switching hosting companies. Boy, am I glad I listened to her! They are far friendlier and more reasonably priced than some other bigger name companies, and still offer all of the same great services and products! It was very easy to make the switch, and has already proven to be extremely beneficial. The employee that recommended it is definitely getting a raise for this tip!

Host Monster has some of the best and most comprehensive e-commerce features of any host provider. The Agora Shopping cart was exactly what I needed, but Host Monster gives so many other options that just for that, the price they charge is amazing. I haven't had too many dealings with their technical staff except I needed some help setting up the cart. They weren't very hands on with that, but I respect that completely.

Host monster has increased my business by 25%. My previous host ended up costing me business because they couldn't handle the influx of customers I was getting each month. I needed a host that could grow with my business and Host Monster has been able to do that flawlessly. Their performance is 100% all the time and that may be because they have their own data center and highly trained technical staff.

The biggest appeal about HostMonster to me is the fact that they don't ever outsource no matter how big they get. They add servers in house and that is something I have appreciated from the word GO! I was with another webhost, actually one of the big named ones and one of their tech support guys told me that they outsourced. I immediately signed up for HostMonster because I want a host that knows what they are doing and have everything under their control.

Unlimited shouldn't have to be a selling feature for a webhost. It turns out that there are still hosting companies out there that only give you a few gig for bandwidth and storage and I found this out the hard way. When I say hard way, you know I mean crazy fees stacking up and having to worry about monthly billing. HostMonster has made all the difference in the world to me. Unlimited really is an important feature and shouldn't be expected from every hosting service.
