Wow, what a service! Having come to Host Monster after years of less than impressive service with one of the better known hosts I am supremely impressed with the level of commitment I have found. For too long now it has almost been acceptable for hosting companies to promise the earth and not deliver, then offer bland excuses as an explanation. Host Monster hasn't done that, the few minor problems I had initially were ironed out straight away, staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the whole experience has been a breath of fresh air. Thanks Host Monster for giving me the service you said you would.

Host Monster gave me what I needed when I needed it. I was looking for a quick set up on a website at a great price, and came to the company because the name stood out in a crowd. I can strongly recommend this well run and very efficient company's product, especially at the excellent monthly price! There is something very pleasant in dealing with people who know what they are on about and when you get 100% reliability you have to sit up and take notice. It's a great deal, and one I can happily recommend.

It was the name that made Host Monster stand out among the many hosting offers I looked at, and when I looked closer the deal involved was one that I thought pretty impressive. The price is good, the package more than adequate and the customer testimonies very positive, and I know that many people are likely to comment when they are satisfied just as when they are not! I had a little trouble setting things up, no fault of Host Monster, I haven't a clue what I'm doing, and the superb technical response was exactly what I needed. This really is a top class service that has much to recommend it, and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere

HostMonster saved my backside when my other hosting company LOST my files. I signed up with HostMonster because I was furious with the other company. I told the sales rep at HostMonster what happened and she actually called the other hosting company and made them locate my files and transfer them over to my new server. I thought you guys should know that HostMonster goes above and beyond to help and their service is superior!

Being experienced in the art of building websites myself and many others aspects of IT, I have always been wary of using the cheaper hosting companies. However, it is with great surprise that I find myself recommending one to you; I turned to Host Monster when a client of mine needed a quick fix solution, a simple set up at a rock bottom price, and I’ve been astounded by the level of service and expertise that is forthcoming. How they do it at the price I don’t know, but I simply had to post this review for others to see.
