I have never been dissatisfied by InMotion. I switched my service to InMotion to have no downtime and improved bandwidth. Their customer and technical service has always been top notch. I wouldn't even think of switching away from InMotion simply because they have always provided well above what I expect from a web hosting company.

I went with Host Monster because they are 100% based in the United States for the tech support. This is something that more companies need to start thinking about. I was frustrated in the past with other companies because I could not understand a thing their tech guy was saying. InMotion is based right out of Provo and that suits me just fine. I appreciate the patriotic spirit that InMotion demonstrates by keeping American jobs in America!
