When JustHost.com promises unlimited everything that is a serious offer. I went with JustHost.com for their price but also because they give unlimited MySQL databases. For some reason, other web hosting services start to get stingy when it comes to database, which doesn't make any sense because there's hardly any maintenance required on their part. JustHost.com also has a site builder that has been the easiest to use in my dealings with that kind of program.
