Searching for a new web hosting company is proving to be more of a hassle than I originally thought. There are many companies out there that have outstanding reviews from everyone, and I am one to lean more towards the companies that have a number of negative ones, as well. The honesty and truthfulness behind them proves that this is a company that is willing to admit their mistakes and rectify them as soon as possible. I hope they will treat my business as well as they have treated all their other ones.

I cannot say a single good thing or bad thing about tech support with Just Host because I've never had a problem that warranted their attention. Haven't spoken to a single person once and everything is running smoothly. I check in here to see if there are any lower prices, but Just Host is very steady with their deals. If I run into any problems I will let you know.

I have read some of the reviews on this site and one of the complaints was about having to submit problems to a ticketing system. I would be more worried if my host didn't have a tech support ticketing system, without it everything just falls apart and customers fall by the wayside. Get real, webhosts will have problems, users will have problems, JustHost.com is top notch in service if you ask me. Sorry you might have had problems.
