After a traumatic opening month with the hosting company I had chosen I opted to cancel my agreement and promptly switched to Just Host, my second choice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who return your calls and actually help you- excellent service from people. What was I thinking going elsewhere? Thanks Just Host for restoring my faith in the industry!

I was looking for a hosting service that offered me great value for money and a reliable service, unlike my previous one that cost the earth and was never working! I found Just Host because it's one of the biggest names in the business, and that says a lot. Hosting is not rocket science yet some providers make it out to be a chore, but at Just Host they simply get on with the job and give you precisely what you want. The price is right, the features are great and I have no complaints at all, it's just what I need.

A friend of mine recommended I put my websites with Just Host as he has all his business with them. I had become somewhat disillusioned with my existing hosting service and so thought I would give it a go. My friend was right, this is a very good service indeed: no problem is too small for the excellent technical staff and they get back to you in good time. Really happy with the service.

Now this is what I call a hosting package. It has everything I want in one simple deal and comes from a great name. Just Host offered me all that I needed which was a basic website package.Six months into the contract and I have had one problem, turned out to be my fault, that was sorted in double quick time, and that's it! This is a really good deal that you will be very pleased with.

I'm no expert in the field so I asked a few friends, and I found that a couple of them were with Just Host. I looked at the deal and thought it seemed pretty good, plus some great reviews on here and elsewhere, and the price was right in my budget so I went for it. I'm always wary of taking on things I know nothing about, but Just Host have made everything so simple it is hard not to be delighted! Apart from the great price they easily helped an internet idiot like me set up a really great website, I doubt many could do that!
