I have been with SuperGreen for a few months and they blocked my IP address twice and my email is currently down. The customer service is really no help. They didnt answer any of my questions. I was rushed through the whole the process. They act like its user error but so far it's been all on their end. So frustrating!

I was first attracted to Super Green because of their eco friendly business practice, but I have stayed with them because their services are amazing. I have only had one evening of downtime in 2 years and that is because they performed a few minutes of server maintenance. Since then, everything has been perfect. The guys at Super Green are terrific!

A company that really cares about their environment can be a huge selling point for many people, but I have to admit that wasn't what sold me. I didn't need all the emphasis on this aspect; their extremely affordable prices, great selection of services, and strong reviews were really the ones that really caught my attention. Companies that already give you what you want and need really don't need to add the extra gimmicks, but in this case it was really nice.

Super Green is combining two completely unrelated things into one great concept. Not only are they providing great hosting services, but they also care about our environment as well. For every thousand customers that sign up, they plant a tree. They knew that this may be a slow process, but good deeds like this spread fast throughout the internet, and they are getting more and more clients every day. Host a website, plant a tree; seems like the perfect pair!

I tell everyone that comes to my website who my host is. SuperGreen hosting allows me to express my care for the environment and lets people know that my business is socially conscience. Their service is mostly just like every other hosting service, but they really are environmentally friendly which made all the difference in the world to me. Other hosting services try to claim that they are green but come nowhere close to the level of excellence that SuperGreen hosting does.
